Q: How do I know how much storage space I need?

A: The best way to estimate how much storage space you will need is to look at the guide on our Home page. It tells you the sizes of the units,the square footage, gives a description and tells what types of items each unit will hold.

Q: What sizes are available and how much is the monthly rent for each size?

A: The sizes of the units are listed on our Home page. Since we offer military and civil service discounts and often run specials we ask you to
call (478) 923-6363 for a current rent quote.

Q: Do you charge a security deposit?

A: No. We don’t charge a security deposit. That’s one of our many Customer Conveniences.

Q: Are there a minimum number of months I am required to lease the unit?

A: No, we offer month-to-month leases, so you’re not obligated to along term lease agreement.

Q: How long does it take to complete the rental agreement process?

A: Getting you ready to move in shouldn’t take more than 15 to 20 minutes.

Q: What identification or documentation do I need to lease a unit?

A: You will need to bring a valid driver’s license or other picture ID.If you are storing an automobile you will need to bring proof of insurance and a current registration.

Q: When do I have access to my unit?

A: The security gate is opened 7 days a week at 8:30 am and closes at 9:00 pm.during daylight Savings Time the security gate is closed at 6:00 pm.

Q: Do you provide a key?

A: You are responsible for providing your own lock and key(s).That way, you are the only one with access to your storage unit.
We do offer high security padlocks for sale at a low price.

Q: How can I pay?

A: We accept most all major credit and debit cards, personal checks and of course cash.

Q: What about insurance?

A: We do not offer insurance and recommend you provide your own.We suggest checking your homeowners or renters policy or contacting
your agent to see if your belongings in storage are already covered.
